Return & Refund Policy

At Ayesha Collection, customer satisfaction is our priority.

• Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order.

• Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

• Products that are damaged due to misuse or normal wear are not eligible for return.

• Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days using the original payment method or as store credit, where applicable.

• Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.

• If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order details and photos.
